Bitumen Hose and Fittings

Tyco Flexible Piping Systems manufacture Hose Assemblies for the transfer of hot bitumen at up to 180 deg C.

These assemblies incorporate special reuseable couplings which are fitted to a flexible steel 'stripwound' hose.

The couplings are made in both aluminium and bronze to AS2475.

Each hose assembly is pressure tested to 300psi, given an individual hose registration number and certified to AS2475.
