The business was first established in the 1960s as Pierre Couve producing Composite Hose and over the years through various mergers and acquisitions has transitioned into the business it is today.

Tyco Flow Control acquires Abdip Hose & Fittings and ACJ Enterprises which is then merged with
Senior Flexonics to create Flexonics Flexible Piping Systems

 

2012

 

Tyco Flow Control merges with Pentair

 

2013

 

Flexonics Flexible Piping Systems is divested by Pentair and is now privately owned
